Why does a pro stock stick sometimes feature the design of a different stick?
This usually happens when a player prefers another stick or an older model, and the manufacturer (in this case, CCM) wants to promote a newer stick for marketing reasons.
When we say a stick is "dressed," it means that one model is wrapped or “dressed with” the graphics of another. Each stick comes with a manufacturer code that identifies its true model, so you can be confident that the stick you receive is the stick you want.
-These curves are pro stock, we use our best judgement to check the curve of the stick but keep in mind the curve may be slightly factory altered as per the request of the pro player it was made for. Please carefully inspect the photos provided and use your own judgement to evaluate the curve. We provide a photo straight down the shaft of the curve and a photo of the face of the blade for this reason.
-Some pro stock sticks are dressed as different sticks. For Bauer we always include the code for the stick in the photos. Please double check this code. For CCM, True, Warrior and Sherwood we do our best to make a note if the stick is dressed. Please use the photos provided in the listing to make your own judgement.
-If a stick is received with minor scuffing, we will not reimburse you. These are hockey sticks that are out on display in our physical retail location that customers can pick up and feel. Though 99% of the time the sticks will be flawless, a small scuff or paint chip is not a valid reason for a return or refund. These are also pro stock sticks directly for their professional organization. Some of these sticks may have been in the team’s travel bag, and though brand new and never used, may have minor scuffing from being in the team stick bag.
-No returns will be accepted. We advertise our products exactly as they are. It is your responsibility to ask questions before purchasing, to read the description and to review the photos provided.
-All sticks are measured laid flat against wall from the floor to the top of shaft.
-Sticks are shipped out within 48 hours unless it is a weekend or holiday, then they will be shipped the next business day.
-Sticks usually arrive between 2-7 days depending on where you live. For any questions related to shipping, please reach out directly to the courier. We are unable to assist with shipping updates as we do not have access to their system
